2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, email, or in-person).
• A non-refundable booking deposit (as specified per package) is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment must be made before the deadline specified at the time of booking.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

• For international travel (Umrah, Hajj, Ziyarat), customers are responsible for:
  • Providing valid passport and documents
  • Complying with visa requirements
• Visa issuance is at the discretion of the respective embassy/authority. We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
• Visa service fees are non-refundable.

5. Health and Travel Insurance

• All travelers are required to be medically fit for travel.
• It is the customer's responsibility to obtain travel and medical insurance.
• We are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or medical emergencies during the tour.

6. Tour Changes and Itinerary Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or tour schedules due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political conditions, strikes).
• Such changes will be communicated in advance when possible and are made in the interest of customer safety and service continuity.

7. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• We act as a travel agent and coordinator. We do not own or control third-party services (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
• We are not liable for:
  • Delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party providers
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure events

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to local laws, religious customs, and group rules during the trip.
• The company reserves the right to remove a participant from the tour without refund in case of unacceptable behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Fatema-Tuz-Zohra Tours & Travels.
• Reproduction or misuse of content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat courts.
